Our rooms are furnished in Florentine style, with terracotta floors and splendid views of the hills.
Of approximately 14 m2 they have direct access from the swimming pool garden.
Each composed of a bathroom with shower and a hideaway kitchen with closing doors (electric cooking plates and fridge) equipped with the essentials for even longer stays.
The beds are standard Italian size 160 x 190 cm.
For this type of accommodation a minimum of 2/4 nights is required depending on the high or low season.
Not having a private balcony or patio, being on the first floor you can take advantage of the outdoor spaces at the complete disposal of guests including a terrace with a wonderful view.

- - City tax : our guests must pay a tourist tax depending on the period :
From 1 January 2024 to 31 January guests must pay a tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night
From 1 June to 31 November 2024 the amount of the tax is 2 euros per person per night
This amount is not included in the total price of the stay and must be paid on site - - Animals : not allowed
